I currently serve as Vice President of Design at HCA Healthcare, where I lead design strategy and innovation to elevate the healthcare experience through human-centered solutions. My career blends design, technology, and business—beginning in graphic design, evolving through computer science, and solidified by an MBA in Information Technology. This hybrid foundation allows me to connect creative thinking with technical execution and strategic vision. Previously, I led as Head of Design at Episource, part of Optum/UnitedHealthcare, where I brought AI/ML capabilities—originally developed during my time at LG Electronics building a natural language AI chatbot—into enterprise healthcare SaaS products. My approach is rooted in deep UX principles and scalable design systems. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve built and mentored high-performing global design teams and delivered impact across industries—from fintech at Avantax, to enterprise software at Hexagon PPM, to e-commerce and startup innovation at SportBiz and OrangeShine, where I served as Chief Product Experience Officer.
